Located on the northern edge of the Sector L portion of Al Mouj development, the apartments of plot A04 forms the highest edge of Sector L as it joins the broader marina area. Forming the gateway to the western end of the development, its western edge fronts to the parkland with its meandering watercourse providing some of the nicest views in Sector L, and an enhance exposure to the natural environment.
The design of the Apartment buildings takes inspiration from the surrounding landscape and historical context of the region. The elevation options all play with organic qualities in their organization, in response to the meandering natural form of the directly adjacent parkland. Recurring elements of rectilinear forms make reference to the regional forts, while bringing and element of lightness and playfulness with the randomized patterns of fenestration. Natural stone is used in the cladding to reinforce the connection to the rugged rocky landscapes of the region.
