The Garden Apartments target an upper market product aimed at owner occupiers through offering quality, prime views, spaciousness of both public and private areas as well as extent of amenities
Our design proposal suggest layouts for the balconies that include a range of planters and sitting areas, including a small tree planter, rich border planter, fixed bench seating, and open terrace area.
A shared amenity landscape ties the building together and contains key facilities such as swimming pool, shaded seating and low key play facilities. The pool is to be integrated into the courtyard landscape through use of considered planting.
The Garden Terraces are low rise stepping buildings G+5 to 6 that have spacious extended terraces and shared gardens utilising the roof of the floors below, linking the building into the landscape.
