Solar Innovation Centre Site Visit

On Thursday 20th September, Tony Kettle and Tony Archibold took a visit to the Solar Innovation Centre in Dubai to see the progress on site. The award winning design for the Solar Innovation Centre celebrates the unique identity of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park. Friday Forum #17

For our 17th Friday Forum we took at trip to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. With thousands of shows on every year, it can be tough deciding where to begin. The Kettle team attended ‘360 Allstars’ at the Assembly Hall. The show was an action-packed urban circus featuring breakdancing, Role Cyr, Basketball and BMX stunts. The stunning performance was a huge success with the Kettle team.

Friday Forum #16 | St Petersburg Visit

For our 16th Friday Forum, Tony presented his recent trip to St Petersburg to the team. As previously frequent visitors to Russia, this was Tony and Colin’s first visit to Saint Petersburg in four years. In 2014, they visited Lakhta Centre’s site in the early stages of construction. Tony Kettle Visits Lakhta Centre Site

On day two of the Saint Petersburg trip, Tony and Colin headed to the Lakhta Centre site. This was an incredible experience for them, as they were involved in the tower during the concept. Tony spoke at the IV International Spatial Forum, alongside Alexander Bobkov and Sergey Nikorovov, marking the completion of the towers facade. As Author of the Design of Lakhta Centre, Tony spoke of the origin of the design and it’s association and connection from natural forms.

ISD Forum Saint Petersburg, Russia 2018

Yesterday, Tony and Colin flew to Saint Petersburg, Russia for a trip to see the progress of our Gazprom Lakhta Centre project. While in Russia, Tony Kettle was asked to speak at the ISD Forum in Saint Petersburg on the 18th of June. He was invited to speak in the closing session of the day, titled “Petersburg 2103: A Retrospective Of The Future”. Silver Saturday

On Saturday 28th of April, Celine was selected to play rugby in the Sarah Beaney Cup Final on Silver Saturday at BT Murrayfield.
