Anthony Tappe

Design Director & LEED Specialist

Anthony Tappe has been a LEED-Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council for over 16 years. In 2012 he upgraded his accreditation status to LEED Accredited Professional with Speciality in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C).

Anthony first joined fellow Kettle Collective Directors, Colin Bone and Tony Kettle, at RMJM in 2007, and is now a Design Director at Kettle's flagship office in Edinburgh. He has been involved in a range of high-profile projects at different stages of development, from conceptual design right through to construction, and demonstrates exemplary team leadership skills on complex, fast-paced commercial tower projects throughout the world.

He has led multi-office, international design teams for the base buildings of the iconic Gazprom World HQ Project in St. Petersburg, North Shore Medical Centre in Danvers Massachusetts, the Children’s Hospital of Milwaukee's New Bed Tower, and the Children’s Hospital Boston's Clinical Expansion Tower.

Anthony has worked as the Design Team Leader and LEED Administrator for the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) HQ Energy Tower in Bahrain, the Bahrain Institute of Business and Finance's new campus building, and the Dundee Marketgait Project.

As an accredited LEED specialist with a vast portfolio of sustainable projects, Anthony's primary role at Kettle Collective is to ensure that every project meets the required leadership in energy and environmental design requirements, which has played a key role in helping Kettle Collective to achieve our most-recent Queens Awards for Sustainable Development in 2021.
