Eugene has successfully managed projects and programmes cross the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and East Asia, excelling in multicultural environments and navigating diverse regulatory frameworks. His portfolio includes both complex, highly regulated giga projects and smaller-scale initiatives, demonstrating Eugene’s versatility and adaptability.
He excels in creating solutions that balance the interests of all parties involved, ensuring successful outcomes. Eugene has successfully presented and defended multi-million-dollar claims demonstrating his capability to manage high-stakes negotiations. His project portfolio includes Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, The Londoner in Macau, Port of Ngqura in South Africa, and the Sadara Chemical Complex in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
