James Nicol

Associate

James Nicol qualified as an Architect in 2017 and has since developed his skills on a variety of residential and commercial developments, managing them throughout the concept, planning, building warrant and construction phases.

He spent two years on a high-end residential project on the remote Isle of Jura in Scotland, where he worked independently on-site during the last year of construction. Following this, James spent a further two years managing design during the construction phase of four hotels, three of which were built simultaneously.

James' success working on large-scale projects in challenging environments has stretched his abilities to communicate, negotiate, and problem-solve under pressure.
