Well done to Will, who ran the Barcelona Marathon in 3 hours 41 minutes last week. We asked Will to tell us more about the experience:
As it turns out, Barcelona is not the flattest city for a Marathon… nor is it the coldest. I had previously run the London marathon, and wanted to beat the 4 hour mark before turning 30 this year. Fortunately on the day everything went well, and I was able to finish in 3:41. It was amazing to run through such a beautiful city in the sunshine, and the people of Barcelona made the atmosphere incredible. Hearing people shout “Vamos Will” made such a difference!
