We are excited to announce that the trade stand for ArtFe designed by Kettle Collective’s landscape team has received 5 stars from RHS at the Chelsea Flower Show 2021.
The design concept for this year’s tradestand looked to create ArtFe’s irreverent take on a Scottish rural country hunting lodge in a Highland landscape setting. The hunting lodge itself was created from salvaged and industrial materials, which were slowly being reclaimed by nature. There was a grand fireplace and armchair at the heart of the lodge, whilst an industrial take on parquet flooring fabricated from checkerplate extended into the wider garden. The garden and lodge merged together, with buddleia, ivy and ferns reclaiming the building, whilst heathers and grasses evoked the highland landscape in the garden beyond.
Large animal sculptures provided key corner features in the garden, whilst paths leading into the space from two sides allowed for effective visitor flow and interaction with the intricate detail of the artworks.
