The masterplan has been developed, linking the villas to other communities and maximising use of retail and recreational facilities nearby whilst providing an extremely attractive living environment that will ensure high market demand. Villas are designed to the highest quality with a sense of openness and space which belies their plot sizes, always integrating beautiful garden courtyard spaces whilst offering privacy and security.
Each Villa has a grand staircase bringing skylight into the centre of the plan and giving easy access to four bedrooms all with walk in wardrobes and private bathrooms. We have also created a flexible layout which can be adapted depending on the needs of the occupier.
