Golf Links Residences and Apartments

The Golf Links Residences and Apartments development consists of two towers on 9 stories, and a set of individual townhouses. The residential towers, each having their individual drop offs, are designed in a way to maximize the view for each unit. The units have views to the golf course on one side, the Ocean and mountains on the other sides.

A series of individual 3 story townhouses are designed along the golf course, with their private garden facing this side. Car parking is provided on the basement and podium levels. Each townhouse has direct access to its basement parking via a private in-unit elevator. On the podium roof, at the third level, a collection of amenities are designed, offering exclusive views of the golf course.

The exterior design is kept minimal and simple, with organic slab lines mimicking the organic landscape of the surroundings. The balconies of the towers are designed to maximize uninterrupted view for each unit.
