The design for the Public realm is anchored by the three primary squares: Pearl Cove; Central Plaza; and Desert Island.

Each of these square supports specific and differentiated activities, and it is proposed that the retail types be re-distributed to support these activities and user segments. F+B is proposed for the corners of each of the primary squares in order to both activate the squares and encourage footfall along the wider Corniche.
