The Source II development is situated within the Western tip of Saadiyat Island, in the Cultural District. The project is a mixed-use community positioned centrally between three world-class museums; Sheikh Zayed National Museum, The Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.

Our site, the ‘Source II’, has a total area of 12,605 m2, the plot is situated on the south-east corner of the Grove development. The key driver for the project is the theme of wellness. Wellness is the act of practicing regular healthy habits in order to obtain better physical and mental health; aspects which affect wellness are social connectedness, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mindfulness.

The apartments embrace an indoor / outdoor style of living; with wide apertures and invisible thresholds blurring the line between inside and out. The master suite encapsulated the luxury of a spa, providing a moment of escape from the hustle and bustle.
