Will Whiter

Will is a recently qualified architect, having completed his Architectural Practice and Management Diploma at Newcastle University. Will has worked with Kettle Collective for two years, since completing his Masters at Newcastle in 2015, and his undergraduate degree from Queen’s University Belfast in 2012.

Will has gained professional experience working on a range of projects throughout the UK, having previously worked for a micro-practice in his hometown of Tunbridge Wells, specialising in small scale residential projects. Will has also worked for a large practice in London, who specialise in masterplanning and urban design.

Will’s interest in architecture lies in material and details, and his thesis involved the inversion of the design process, starting with the material bamboo, rather than to see material as a final consideration.
