Kettle Collective was commissioned to develop options for the Aykon City project in Dubai. Aykon City is a dramatic new development located at a key position along Sheikh Zayed Road along the edge of the new Dubai Canal. The location is very prominent in the city and represents a rare opportunity to develop a new icon for Dubai that stands head and shoulders above its surroundings.

The two towers are joined to create a mini city-scape of refined elegance and opulence. Three towers forms are created from clusters of vertical elements, breaking down their mass and creating multiple opportunities for external garden spaces ascending up the façade. The scale of the building reduces and stretches as it rises vertically, tapering to delicate spires that accentuate its verticality and prominence of the Dubai Skyline.
